Our hospitality partner Wassermann & Company manages the catering for all events at Messe and Congress Center Basel. Whether a flying buffet, an aperitif, a seated dinner or a pop-up restaurant – your guests, visitors and employees will be fully catered for in accordance with your wishes.
The Wassermann & Company team and their 1,200 m2 production kitchen are located directly on the exhibition site. Organisers thus benefit from their in-depth local knowledge, fast response times and short transport routes ensuring maximum freshness.

On request, Wassermann & Company will draw up a complete culinary concept for your event or trade fair stand. The catering options available range from food trucks and mobile stalls to ice-cream bikes or coffee bars with a barista. Food can be delivered to hungry crews directly at their trade fair stands, while special guests are catered for with bespoke delicacies and events are enhanced with trendy food stalls.
