At the Messe and Congress Center Basel, we ensure a professionally coordinated logistics process. Deliveries are centrally managed by us, either independently or through pre-scheduled time slots. This allows us to streamline arrivals, avoid congestion, and guarantee a seamless setup and teardown. Clearly defined delivery zones, direct access to the halls, and reservable parking spaces in the adjacent parking garage further support efficient and well-planned logistics.

Logistics Partner

For transport, material handling, and storage logistics, we collaborate with our experienced partner, Sempex. They manage transshipment, fine distribution, and additional logistical services directly on-site at the exhibition grounds. Their professional support ensures that exhibitors and organizers alike can focus on their event with peace of mind.

Customs Clearance

As many exhibitors travel from abroad, an integrated Swiss border customs office is available on the exhibition site. This simplifies the import of materials, reduces waiting times, and ensures efficient handling.
