Everything is “under one roof” here, with a single contact at the CCB coordinating all our requirements – from the furnishings, via the technology, right through to visitor guidance. This makes working with the CCB so much easier. Their experienced project managers provide us with competent advice and take up any concerns we may have. Over the years, a well-coordinated team has developed, with the same contacts each time, and this additionally contributes to the smooth staging of our AGM. We were impressed by the nicely compiled proposal and the attractively presented food from Käfer Schweiz. The service personnel were charming and highly attentive. And the positive feedback we received from the AGM participants reinforced our positive impression still further.

We will be pleased to come back to the Congress Center Basel. The CCB team’s commitment and flexibility are impressive.”
